Everything you order is physically in stock in our own warehouse. Orders ship within 2–3 days of payment — exceptions possible in consultation.
Orders are paid before delivery; the payment details are in your order-confirmation email. Lost it? Email us and we’ll resend it.
Prefer to collect from our showroom in Rijen? You can also pay by debit card or cash on pickup.
Delivery zones & rates
We ship by the pallet. Below the free-delivery threshold the shipping fee applies; above it, delivery is on us. Germany & France are split by postcode area.
